A message to clients...

My style of therapy offers support that fits your needs with a relaxed conversational energy.  I provide a nonjudgmental space to help you navigate the challenges going on in your world. My 10+ years of experience has led me to think about therapy through a lens of how our thoughts become actions and then become habits.  From there, we work with mindfulness and self compassion to start understanding our thoughts and actions in order to start breaking those unhelpful, difficult patterns.  I may challenge you at times which comes from a place of warmth and care.  Laughter, kindness and sarcasm also show up in the therapy space.  "You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf" - Jon Kabat-Zinn
